TradeGo Finance Limited ("TradeGo" or the "Company", together with its subsidiaries and companies consolidated for accounting purposes, the "Group") is one of the leading integrated securities trading platform service providers, serving mainly Hong Kong brokerages and their customers. The company's shares are listed on the GEM of the Hongkong stock exchange.

The Director of TradeGo declares that the Group shall operate its business in accordance with the principles of good faith and appropriate governance.
